Michigan born & raised, nature lover, who has always had a passion for sweet personal touches, organization, and anything involving love. Whether it's brunch dates with friends, hiking through a national forest, or having a movie-marathon with her husband: Tessa is a firm believer of savoring the little moments. It's this belief that led her to the wedding industry.
For over 8 years Tessa has worked in the weddings/events industry, focusing on all the little details, and creating a bond with every couple she's gotten to stand behind. She believes that every couple deserves a vendor, who knows the answers to tough questions, can lighten any mood, and is always in their corner rooting for them.
Jeremey C.O.
Owner & Day-Of Coordinator
The other half of C.O.! Jeremey has been in the events world since his very first teenage job. He first met Tessa at an event the two were working together almost a decade ago, and the rest is history! He's always found the behind the scenes, heavy lifting, and quick paced atmosphere of the events world natural, and that translated perfectly to the wedding industry.
He's your go-to man for problem solving, the hardest worker you'll meet, and can occasionally be found jamming along to a good DJ's set while cleaning a reception. He brings a trusting, dependable energy to any wedding he's a part of. When he isn't creating best days ever, you'll find him on the golf course with his best friends, finding new trails with Tessa and their pups,
or cooking up a delicious meal.
Chelsea
Day-Of Coordinator
Chelsea has always had a passion for helping people. During the week you'll find her as a Mental Health Therapist, focusing in Perinatal Care & specializing in the LGBTQ+ community. She has brought her people focused, calming energy and combined it with her passion for events. Paying close attention to little details, organizing chaos, finding creative solutions to problems and adapting to anything that comes her way is nothing new to her.
When she isn’t working weddings you’ll usually find Chelsea outdoors. She loves kayaking and hiking but is no stranger to a quiet puzzle night or reading a good book. Chelsea is committed to ensuring a smooth day for all the couples she works with. She believes that her position is not only a job, but a calling to create moments that last a lifetime. Thriving in the fast-paced environments, she believes each event is a unique canvas to turn beautiful visions into tangible, breathtaking realities.
Chloe
Day-Of Coordinator
The newest addition to Weddings By Tessa Co. Chloe brings a kind, enthusiastic, and compassionate addition to our team. Her passion for weddings started early in life when she met the love of her life and now husband, back in middle school! Since then her skills of organization, attention to detail, and sweet energy have only grown and continue to shine in each wedding day she's a part of.
Outside of the wedding world Chloe is a teacher with a goal to instill love, kindness, and exciting experiences in the life every child she meets. Self care to Chloe can be described as falling in love with a new favorite book, exciting hikes in national park, and spending quality time with her favorite people. She can't wait to be there for you on your big day!
